When scrolling through photos after entering search terms, when scrolling back up the page, the search bar immediately reappears at the top of the page for quick access (i.e., floating search bar).

For ease of use to new and novice boot hobbyists and shoppers looking for boots in a general color, add a simplified search term (e.g., “Black (all)”, “Burgundy (all)”, “Green (all),” etc.) to the top of the search page for colors.

Introduce a "Shop now" button to any photos we have matching product links for. This will make it easy to find out where to purchase the exact item. Brands will be able to add their product links and match them to photos using tags.

The new search function adds a lot of great features but it pulls all of the individual photos the meet the search criteria. I preferred the old way when it only pulled a boot entry and then you clicked on it to see all the photos that were submitted. The individual photos that are pulled up now can be overwhelming and you don't see the variation of the individual boots.

This will be the third iteration of our topic (AKA specs) system, which will notably involve the creation of an admin dashboard. This will allow community members to continue growing Patina Project's knowledge base, while we focus all our efforts on providing the best app experience and tools possible. Topics will appear in Patina Project as filters and specs that you can add to your items. Considerations Contributors will be selected by our team. There will be a peer review process for new topics involving the contributors. Topics will be assigned contributors, who will be in charge of reviewing edits proposed by community members.
